Ha - you're funny. Concepts . . . yes, if you've dined in any restaurant in any place, you've dined in a concept – its brand . . .as in "should we do frozen yogurt here or should we do gastro pub or should we do fine dining with Wagyu steak and craft cocktails or should we do street tacos and call it a day?" And I'm very sure that no one serves cat here.

I haven't spoken with him personally, but I heard he moved out of state and has since been doing private chef events all over the place. There's been talk about bringing him back into Laguna Beach for a special event, but I haven't heard of anything solidifying as yet. It was such a great restaurant, right??!

I grew up in OC and my wife and I frequented Feet and Five Feet Two in Newport back in the 90's before moving to So FL. What is Michael Kang doing these days?

I've eaten in many, many restaraunts, esp., here in town.

Never dined in a 'concept'.

Is that Lithuanian, Mogol, Aboriginol, maybe..?

Do they serve cat?
