As a local, we are disappointed in what Finney's has become. Opening they were friendly. Tried really hard...but now they're rude. Short with each other and us the customers. Just sit and listen to how they behave. Hostess, food runners, and servers...oh and the bartenders ...the worst. The smash burger was my favorite. Now it's a crispy crunch with no taste. Last time we visited we got home late and just wanted something easy to walk to and quick. We walked in at 8:15. No one, I mean now one was happy to see us. Promptly at 8:59 they tuned the flood lights on and told us it was closing time... "wrap it up." It will be a long time before we go back.
