This Tuesday’s Preview Night for Locals always happens a few days before Sawdust’s grand opening to the public (which, by the way, is today - Friday). The Preview Night event, itself, is a coveted backstage pass … but this year, one unexpected reveal had everyone buzzing.
One of Laguna Beach’s most loved restaurants just opened a hidden summer outpost, tucked inside our famed Sawdust Art Festival.
And they did not hold back. Who throws down 30+ menu items, adds resort-sway vibe from none other than Laguna Nursery’s Ruben Flores (palm trees and beach sand, to name a bit o’ that vibe) … and casually calls it their pop-up?
